1st band session starts the week of Sept 7. 2020
sessions are 8 weeks long. Cost is $400/student
Bands meet at the studio for 90 minutes each week. Bands are limited to 5 students for each 8 week session. At the end of each session, we make a multi-track and video recording of each song and post it on our youtube site. Any student can get a copy of our raw audio tracks to learn about mixing and video synching. Our studio uses Protools and Logic for audio.
Our band program will not be the same for a while. We will continue to offer band classes, but in a way that makes everyone comfortable. Singers have to wear masks. All students must wear masks in and out of the studio and also if they cannot be 6 feet apart. Ventilation is key. All students need to bring their own guitar or bass. We have been leading groups like this during the summer and everything works well.
